NACH is a mandatory requirement to avail the credit line. NACH process is automated now.

The entire process can be completed from the dashboard itself.



1-  Login to Karbon dashboard.

2-  Click on the settings option available at the left side of the dashboard and choose NACH.



3 - Select the option Set up a new NACH Mandate .

4- Provide below details to setup auto debit/NACH mandate .

  • Account type
  • Bank name
  • IFSC code
  • Account number

5- Click Set up.




The request has been received. The email confirmation will be sent.


The NACH mandate form will be shared after 1 business day of receiving the application. 

You will be notified via email once the NACH form will be uploaded by Karbon operations team.


Download the pre- filled NACH form from the dashboard.


Click on the NACH option and click view all NACH mandate.



All the past registered/failed/pending NACH mandate will be available.

  • Ensure company full legal name (as per legal records) written is correct The signature of authorized signatory or account holder need be consistent with the signature used when opening the bank account.
  • If your bank account is a Joint Account, then signature of all account holder is required .
  • Use the correct Stamp
  •  Round
  •  Authorized Signatory
  •  Director
  • Ensure the stamp used in NACH match with the stamp used in opening the bank account
  • Ensure the Scanned copy is clear and readable. Upload the scan copy in the space provided in the dashboard.


Once the NACH mandate is complete the email will be sent to notify users.
