How can I make the payment - repayment or topup ?

There is two methods to make the payment - auto debit option or bank transfers.


1. Use NEFT/RTGS to make a payment to the virtual bank account ( details on dashboard ) associated with your card. 


a. Standard Card :

i. Login to Dashboard

ii. Click on the "Make Payment" button of Standard Card section

iii. Add the bank account mentioned in dialog to your company's bank account

iv. Transfer the funds via IMPS/NEFT or RTGS or using UPI enabled App.



While doing transfer via IMPS/NEFT or RTGS, please choose or enter the below options.

1.Beneficiary Type : Company or Other


2.Account Type : Current





b. Cashback Card :

i. Login to Dashboard and select the 

ii. Click on the "Add Money" button of Cashback Card section

iii. Add the bank account mentioned in the dialog to your company's bank account

iv. Transfer the funds via IMPS/NEFT or RTGS







It takes roughly 1 hour on a working day to reflect the funds in your card account. On bank holidays, it might take a while.


If it is taking longer than 1 Hour on a working day, please check with your bank and send an email with UTR to support@karboncard.com 


2. Sign up for NACH, and we at Karbon would take care of the repayment on or before the due date on your Standard card. Check the below link for more details.
