I was charged by Netflix ( a merchant that charges every month automatically ), but I did not approve this transaction. How can I get a refund ?

For this issue, we suggest that you send an email to Netflix or the merchant that charged your card. If they issue a refund to you, then we would be happy to pass that to you. Please note that it is difficult, almost next to impossible, to refund for such recurring transactions.
