How do I close my card ?

We are extremely sorry to hear that you want to close your card. We would like to understand how we can improve our services.

  • Please write us at our team will investigate and proceed with the closure of card within 2-3 days.

In the meanwhile, if you need to download anything from the dashboard - any statements, transaction details etc. please have it done. Once the account access is disabled, you would not be able to do this.
