My merchant sent a refund on the card, but I do not see it. What can I get the refund ?

90% of refunds are automatically processed in 3-5 working days. Some refunds especially from foreign merchants are delayed due to processing time taken by payment gateway or the merchant. 

For us to investigate pending refunds, kindly send us the below information via email at

1.  Card Holder Name

2.  Type of Card : 

3.  Transaction Amount : 

4.  Merchant Name : 

5. Date of Transaction : 

If you had any communication with the merchant about the refund, please send proof ( image or email ) as an attachment.
