How do I change email of my Karbon Card ?

Unlike banks, you can quickly change the email associated with  your Karbon Card.

Please follow the below steps, and your new email would be updated in less than an hour.

1) Log in to karbon dashboard.

2) Click on dropdown menu near your name on upper right corner.

3) Click on Personal info

4) Click on the arrow of the Email row

5) Update your email, enter OTP sent to your email address, and click Submit

If the new email is already registered in Karbon system, then you would not be able to add that email address.

It is done.
