I did not get OTP for a card transaction. What should I do ?

To ensure that OTPs are received by our customers, we send all transaction OTPs on both registered email and phone numbers.


Still, if you did not get OTPs on both email and phone number, please do below.

1. Try the transaction again


2. Check whether your correct phone number and emails are registered on Karbon Portal

Settings => Personal Info




3. Report the issue with the below details via email to support@karboncard.com 


Card Holder Name :

Card Type :

Merchant Name :

Transaction Date :

Transaction Amount :

Transaction Time :
