Many of our customers use Add Receipt upload feature to upload receipts or invoices to the card transactions. This feature enables our customers to later share their transactions along with invoices with the respective finance team member or auditor in an easy to use dashboard. 


Below are the steps.

1. 

Login to Karbon Dashboard

2. 

Click on Transactions on the left side of the dashboard

3.

Click on "Add Receipt" of one of the transactions

4.

Click on Upload Receipt button, and select the Invoice for the transaction

5.

Write remarks such as transaction type - IT Spends or Marketing Spends/ physical card fee etc.

6.

Click Save
