My cashback card shows zero on the dashboard, but I have balance in the card. Please help.

Most of our customers/companies have multiple cashback cards, and the balance shown in the dashboard would be that of the another card than what you expected.


To get the right balance, kindly select the card for which you are looking for a balance.


Below are the steps.


1.

Login to Karbon Dashboard

2.

Select the Cashback card for which you are looking for a balance



3.

If you issued yourself multiple Cashback cards or you want to look at the Cashback card of your team member, select the  Cashback card for which you want to see the balance.



The image shows balance, and you can make adjustments of the limits in the dialog here.
