How do I complete the member card application via eKYC ?

Once you have received an invitation to apply for member card application via email, please follow the below steps.


Open your company's email and check email from 

If you could not find the email, please check the spam folder. If you still could not find the email, please ask your company owner or main account holder to invite you again.


Click on the "Activate account" button


You would be directed towards the card application.


If you are redirected to , and click Signup.


Click on Sign up.


Put your official email address


Put the OTP received on your email


Enter your personal PAN, and click Next

Enter PAN of card holder who would be using the card. Do not enter PAN of another person. It is a compliance issue, and we both would later face issues.

You might wonder why we are asking for personal PAN for corporate cards. Well, as per RBI regulations, each card needs to associated with an Indian citizen, and hence personal KYC details.

8 - Please fill all your personal details. In first address enter company address and in mailing address enter your residential address.

9- Upload one selfie of yours.

10 - Once you fill all the detail click next

11- Enter your phone number to verify.

12- Enter the OTP that you received on your mobile.


There are two options to share personal KYC. We will discuss the eKYC option here.

This option only works if your phone number is linked with your Aadhar Card. We recommend this option, as the card approvals are faster with this option and it is more secure.


Click on Login in UIDAI Portal:



 Enter  Aadhaar Number and OTP sent to your mobile number linked to Aadhaar:



Click on Offline eKYC:



Create the 4 digits share code of your choice and click on download. Offline eKYC zip file will be downloaded. Kindly do not open the file as it can get corrupt.

 Upload the eKYC file in Karbon Portal under step 3 and enter the share code:



Download the application form, sign it and upload it in Karbon Portal and click on Complete to submit the application:

 You can sign the form digitally as well. Follow the steps mentioned below-

  • Click on Leegality link for e-sign
  • The form will open in another tab. Click Proceed at the bottom of the form .


  • Click on OTP on phone, check the box I agree that and click sign document

  • Check the declaration box, enter the Aadhar number and click on send OTP

  • Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile ( linked to Aadhar ) and click verify OTP

  • The document will be signed. 
  • Go back to Karbon dashboard and refresh the page to to get the form uploaded .
  • Click on Complete


Your Card application is processed and the card is issued.

Note- If you do not see any card kindly wait for next 24 hours or drop us an email on
