Issue: Card Transaction failing on LinkedIn

Reason For the Decline.

Due to the the recent RBI Regulations for Recurring & Manual Transactions customers are facing multiple declined due to non compliance of many GW Portals used by LinkedIn. But those GW Portals that have been compliant have been integrated with SI Hub are not facing this issue.

Even though the cards are working fine, all transactions go through a Gateway to reach the merchant and until the merchant (LinkedIn) is not communicating this to their GW Portals  to resolve this issue regardless if it's a Recurring Payment or Manual Payment will fail.

Next course of Action from Karbon Card

We are trying to contact LinkedIn through the SI Hub team to resolve the GW Portal issues but so far no tentative TAT.
