Since all international recurring payments are failing due to the recent RBI Regulations and seeing businesses getting impacted. There is an alternative which is working currently and confirmed by our customers.


Alternative:

We request you to manually make a payment on the merchant's portal.


How?


- Contact the merchant through their helpdesk and they will provide a payment link to complete the payment or there will be an option for to pay that bill on the website which will be processed by an OTP that will be triggered to your registered phone number or email address.


- If that option is not present, you might want to wire funds to the merchant's bank account or 
use another bank's card to make the payment. 

We at Karbon are aware that this is not a very comfortable option but this is the only option we have that is working to avoid any disruption of services.


And if all these options are exhausted and still the transaction is failing we request you to send us an email to support@karboncard.com to further investigate and assist you.
