This is a solution we have tried and it has been successful for a lot of our customers and this is an attempt to re-trigger the recurring payment as per RBI norms.

Kindly follow the steps as explained below.

Step 1 – Remove the card from the merchant website.

Step 2 – Add the Karbon card back.

Step 3 – Kindly wait for 48hrs after this is done and do not try making any payments with the card for that merchant.

Step 4 – After 24 hrs. a text message will be sent from SIHUB to the registered mobile number / email, advising there’s a integration request and a link will be shared for the same to check the payment mandate on SIHUB

Step 5 – Once this text message is received kindly wait for another 24hrs for the integration to be completed.

Step 6 – After 48hrs, the first payment has to be a manual payment and after which all future payments will be debited automatically.

Please note: the recurring transaction trigger only works if the card user receives the text message that confirms the merchant and their payment gateway is integrated with SIHUB.

If this is not the case then we advise customers to contact their merchants for a one-time payment link and try the payment.
