What corporate documents are required to apply for a Karbon Card?

The onboarding process is simple and totally online. Some documents are required to be in a proper format to make the onboarding process hassle-free. Please go through the corporate KYC guide attached below to start the application. It will help to fill the documents in the required format and will reduce the time taken to prepare these documents.

Based on the company type the documents are to be submitted in the format attached at the bottom of the article-

Private Limited and Public Limited

1. Company pan card with directors seal and signature.
2. GST certificate along with director’s seal and signature on all the 3 pages.
3. Board resolution (As per bank format).
4. MOA (Memorandum of association) along with director’s seal and signature on 1st and last page of the document
5. AOA (Article of association) along with director’s seal and signature on 1st and last page of the document
6. COI (Certificate of incorporation) along with director’s seal and signature on the document.
7. Self-attested Pan card of both the directors.
8. Self-attested Aadhar card or Driving License or Passport of both the directors.
9. Self-attested Pan card of a beneficial owner.
10. Self-attested Aadhar card or Driving License or Passport of Beneficial Owner.

Partnership and Limited Liability Partnership

Partnership:

1. Company pan card with partner's seal and signature.
2. GST certificate along with director’s seal and signature on all the 3 pages.
3. Partnership Deed. 
4. Current List of Partners (As per bank Format).
5. List of shareholders (As per the bank Format)
6. Partnership Authority Letter (As per bank Format).
7. Beneficial Ownership Declaration (As per bank format).
8. Self-attested Pan card of both partners.
9. Self-attested Aadhar card or Driving License or Passport of both partners.
10. Self-attested Pan card of Beneficial owner.
11. Self-attested Aadhar card or Driving License or Passport of Beneficial Owner.

2. Limited Liability Partnership:

1. LLP pan card with partner's seal and signature.
2. GST certificate along with director’s seal and signature on all the 3 pages.
3. LLP Deed.
4. Current List of Partners (As per bank Format).
5. List of shareholders (As per the bank Format)
6. Partnership Authority Letter (As per bank Format).
7. Beneficial Ownership Declaration (As per bank format).
8. Self-attested Pan card of both partners.
9. Self-attested Aadhar card or Driving License or Passport of both partners.
10. Self-attested Pan card of Beneficial owner.

Sole Proprietorship - Not eligible.
