Current Issue.
At the moment our customers are not able to use any corporate card to purchase Amazon Giftcards as per Amazon's management decision leading to a lot of issues in terms of purchases.
Any customers using a Amazon Business Account with a Corporate Credit Card fails as per the block applied at the payment authorization request that goes to Amazon.
Solution Derived.
We have been able to successfully test the transaction using a Individual Amazon account with a Corporate card and all transactions attempted were processed without any errors.
Hence we are requesting customers to add a new Amazon Indiviual Account and complete your giftcard orders.
