How to rectify "payout limits" error while doing payout?

Our apologies if you are getting the error "Total amount (with surcharge and GST) exceeds the available payout limit of the card" while doing the payout or similar errors related to "payout limit."

Please follow the simple steps mentioned below to avoid the error-

• Login to the Karbon dashboard as an Owner/Admin
• Select the card on which you are getting the error
• Click on limits

Total Spending limit- Total limit assigned (including card spend & payout) per credit cycle.

If you want to divide the total spending limit into credit limit and payout limit, kindly turn on the payout limit option.

There are 2 types of limits that you can assign to a user from the total spending limit-

Card Limit- Total limit assigned for card spending from the total spending limit per credit cycle

Payout Limit - Total limit assigned for payout from the total spending limit per credit cycle

In order to assign both limits please click on the payout limits.

Please make sure that the available payout balance does not exceed the total payout amount including the payout fee and GST

Note- If you do not want to divide the total spending limit into credit limit and payout limit, kindly turn off the payout limit option.

Per transaction Payout limit / Daily payout limit-
