Recurring Transactions failing on Freshworks due to tokenization
Reason for decline
Due to the recent RBI Regulations and Tokenization that was introduced on October 2022, the BillDesk team has updated their software version from 1.0 to 2.0 due to which the customers are facing issues with merchants like LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Google.
Next course of Action from Karbon Card
We have contacted our bank partner and the Billdesk team to reach out to the various payment gateways and have them upgrade their version to resolve this issue. At this time we have no TAT but we will inform our customers as soon as this issue is resolved.
Alternative
Once your recurring payment on Freshworks fails, you will get an email from them on your registered email id which will give you the option of completing the payment manually.
Click on the "Pay Now" Button and complete the payment.
