How do I get statement for my card?

Note: We don't provide an individual card statement as it is a cooperate card. You can download the consolidated statement from the Karbon dashboard(Owner and Admin access)- https://karboncard.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/81000390664-how-do-i-download-the-card-statements-of-standard-card-


You can download the transaction report from the dashboard. Please follow the steps mentioned below:


1. Login to Karbon Dashboard

2. Click on " Transactions" on the left side of the Dashboard




3. Select the dates in date section



4. Choose the appropriate filters from the columns, Card Type, Card No, Type, Card Holder, Receipt 



5. If you want to export the filtered transactions, please click Export button on top right.
