Payouts are made to contacts. Payout transactions can be made via Smart Pay, IMPS, NEFT and RTGS..
Please note if your payout transaction is not reflecting on the transactions page under dashboard, please reach out to your bank and know the status of the transaction. Sometimes, the transaction will be pending on payment gateway which will be reversed to your bank account within 5-7 days.
