How to fill the Customer Dispute Form

Modified on Tue, 22 Nov 2022 at 05:58 PM

When a cardholder wants to dispute a transaction, they need to first send us the Customer Dispute Form.

This needs to be properly filled and duly signed by the cardholder.

How to fill the customer dispute form

1. The cardholder needs to fill in the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card.

2. After this, the cardholder should fill in all the details of the transaction that is to be disputed. This includes transaction date and time, merchant name, transaction reference number and transaction amount.

3. The cardholder should then select the appropriate reason for raising the dispute.

4. Once all the details are filled, the cardholder has to sign the form.

Once the filled and signed form is submitted to us, we will forward it to our partner bank for raising a dispute. It usually takes 30 - 45 days for the chargeback (dispute) cycle to end as this is the standard TAT given by the card networks.
