There are some situations due to which transactions can fail. We have tried to capture few failed transactions and provide a solution wherever possible. If any of your transactions have failed, you can follow the below steps to view such transactions. Kindly re-attempt the payment once you have followed the recommended course of action.
Note: The transactions which fail due to RBI regulations, merchant / payment gateway issue or card network failure will not be captured here.
1- Login to Karbon Dashboard (Owner/ Admin access)
2- Click on Transactions
3- Click on Rejected transaction
4. Click on View
5. View the failed transaction details as shown below
