Karbon K-Credit Complete Guide

We are now phasing out of Payouts using Standard Cards and will be adopting Payouts using K Credit. Karbon provides a 

seamless digital Payout process using K-Credit. Let us discuss this further. 

How do you open individual K-Credit account for multiple team members?

It is very easy to invite individual team members to Karbon and allot them unique K credit using which they can make 

Payouts. The steps are explained below:

Invite members without issuing a card (Under the team section)
The team member accepts the invitation and completes the signup process following the instructions sent to them via

email.

As an admin, give payout access to this member (Can be found under Settings>Payout>Payout control)
Give K-credit access to this member (Can be found under Settings>Access Control>K-credit control)
Set the per transaction limit for this member (default value is INR 100,000)
Then this member will be able to payout with their K-credit account

K-credit enables you to use the funds for payouts from the individual k-credit. Additionally, you can get the transaction

statements via email by requesting the same through the dashboard. This is a time-saver and can easily track the transaction

history of every employee on the K credit dashboard.

You can now settle your monthly K Credit Dues before the due date by transferring funds to your company virtual account.

Karbon K-Credit- Salient Functionalities:

K-credit is similar to a standard credit card by Karbon to which a credit limit is assigned and further use the same for making 

payouts. Some of the cool features of K-Credit are as follows:

Just like your Karbon Standard card, you can now enjoy a monthly Credit limit for Payouts. You can now see the due date and 

limit utilized for the month on the K Credit Page

You can get easy access to the transaction history and can also review the monthly K-credit statement history with multiple

filters. Further, you can also fetch customized transaction proofs in Excel and PDF format.

However, the Admin can set up payout limits according to the user's requirements. 

Admins can also set up transaction limits for the users' K credit account

You can now get PDF K credit statements for your credit utilization over the last statement period and also previous statement

periods as well.
