Several customers have faced a lot of issues while completing the ReKYC. We list some errors and possible solutions down-

1 . CKYC Error :
A number of our customers faced the exact same error, and this issue was resolved when our customers tried next time. Please clear your cache, cookies, and retry the process.
If you still face the exact same issue, please write back to (Support@karboncard.com) with the below information to further diagnose this issue.
1. Your name on Karbon Dashboard
2. Your name in PAN Card
3. Your name in Aadhar Card
2.Bank Error :
Eg : Image 1

If not already, please enter your active personal bank details on the bank details page, and try again.
If you get the same bank error again after entering your personal bank details, please write back to (Support@karboncard.com) with below information for us to further diagnose this issue.

3. Your name in Aadhar Card
4. Your name in your personal bank account
Why Personal Bank Details Required ?
Note : Our partner bank needs your personal bank details to verify your identify through penny drop - transfer INR 1 from our bank to your personal bank account. This step is currently mandatory to complete your KYC. We will not deduct any funds from your personal bank account, and this will not affect your personal CIBIL or other details."
3. Pan Error :
A number of our customers faced the exact same PAN error, and this issue was resolved when our customers tried the next time. Please clear your cache, cookies, and retry the process again.

4. Selfie Error :
Please ensure that the selfie captures your shoulders as well, and the background of selfie is well-lit. Also, please smile in front for selfie; it is required for liveness check.
5. OTP Error :
A number of our customers faced the same error, and this issue was resolved when our customers tried the next day. Please clear your cache, cookies, and retry the process.

1. Your name, email and phone on Karbon Dashboard
2. Your phone number that you linked with Aadhar card
6. I) Card Details Error :
A number of our customers faced the same error because they either used the same link for all company cards or, the cardholder's email was different from the email on which they received Re-KYC email from SBM. This issue was resolved when our customers retried the Re-KYC link with the correct cardholder's email address. Before trying again, please do clear your cache, cookies, and retry the process.
If you still face the same issue, please write back to (Support@karboncard.com) with the below information for us to further diagnose this issue.
1. the last four digits of the card number that you entered on the Re-KYC link
II) Unable to see card details :
If you have a physical Karbon card, then we suggest you to enter the details of the physical Karbon card even if you locked it or suspended it. Otherwise, please login to your Karbon Dashboard to get card details.
7. Aadhaar Verification Error
A number of our customers faced the exact same Aadhar verification error, and this issue was resolved when our customers tried the next time. Please clear your cache, cookies, and retry the process.

8. What is Re-KYC Link, Why to complete the Re-KYC, What next ?
As per RBI guidelines on KYC norms, it is mandatory for all credit card customers to periodically update and adhere to the Know Your Customer (KYC) norms by providing the requisite information and documentation.
Please note completion of KYC procedure is a mandatory step in order to reinstate your Credit Card and accordingly we seek you support to complete this as soon as possible.
