1. What documents do you require to sign up?

You just need to enter your PAN NUMBER while signing up on Card++.

2. How to view your virtual card details?

You can view your virtual card on the app. The dedicated interface makes it easy to access the card 

details and transaction overview. 

3. How to Top up your card?

You can quickly add money to your account with the "Top up" option on the app. Add money via 

NEFT/RTGS/IMPS or your UPI wallet.

4. How to lock your card?

To secure every transaction of Card ++, we have enabled the option of locking your card. You can lock

your card through the app instantly without any extended process. 

Just tap the 'Lock' icon on the card, and the card gets locked.

5. How to view your transaction history?

You can get detailed transaction history on the Card++ app. This helps you to track the expenses 

and get the data for future reconciliation. 

6. How to view your cashback details?

The intuitive app offers transparent cashback insights. The unique functionality is to access a date-wise

cashback history conveniently.

7. How to manage your user account?

Card++ app provides you with seamless account operation. You go to the 'My account' option and get

access to all your account details. You can also edit your contact details conveniently in real time.

8. How to manage your transactions?

You can manage your transaction by enabling the payment channels. This will help you to control 

your expenses. You can also set transaction limits.
