Corporate KYC Documents are mandatory requirement to process your card application.
Please note that if any of the required documents were
not uploaded during the onboarding journey, you have the
option to upload them directly from the Karbon dashboard. It
is important to ensure that all necessary documents are
submitted, as the application cannot be approved without
them.
The entire process can be completed from the dashboard itself.
1- Login to Karbon dashboard.
2- Click on the settings option available at the left side of the
dashboard and choose Company details.
Click on upload option available for each type of document and
upload the relevant document to proceed further.
Please be advised that if there are any discrepancies found in
the documents you have uploaded, our dedicated KYC
analysts will contact you via email within the next 24 hours.
They will provide you with detailed instructions on how to
proceed with uploading the required documents again. We
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and
appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth verification process.
